“Comments on Multiple Negation in the Early Modern English Period”
One of the collections of papers presented at the Historical Sociolinguistic Network conference held in Murcia, Spain, in 2022 has been published under the title Language Ideology, Policy, and Practice: Focus on Minoritized Languages Past and Present. Despite the ongoing impact of COVID-19, which still required PCR tests at Madrid airport, I managed to travel and deliver my research presentation. My presentation focused on how multiple negation was understood throughout the Early Modern English period.
